Curt and Karen go above and beyond to say the least. They are both easy going and bring a calm to a sometimes stressful transition. They answered all our questions (no matter how many times we asked the same question). We ran into some snags but they helped us navigate through and we were able to sell our home in time to make our transition. Forever grateful!

After living in the same home for 48 years the thought of selling and moving was daunting! But Curt and Karen were awesome answering our questions and assuring us we were doing good! Everything went so smoothly and we’re now happy in our new home!

Karen was great to work with! She was great to keep us updated throughout the process, she took the time to explain things that we didn't know about or understand and she did it all with a great attitude. I would highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

Above all, Karen is a fabulous communicator. Since I had never sold a home before, she walked me through every step of the process prior to listing the house, and oftentimes, had to remind me about my action items, which I greatly appreciated. Both Karen and her husband Curt offered help frequently to clean the house, paint, change light bulbs, tidy up the garden, etc. They also spent many hours in the home during open houses, provided next day feedback on the individuals that visited, as well as, likes/dislikes about the home. Since we had multiple offers on the house in the same day, Karen guided me through options and offered her expertise to help me make the right decision. And after we received the home inspection, Karen and Curt gave us names of a few reliable contractors, one of which, I've used again since selling the home. Closing wasn't any different, Karen once again was very responsive and understanding of all my questions. She definitely held me accountable to provide everything I needed, and since our closing time was longer than usual, she kept in touch often to make sure I was progressing with my tasks. Overall, wonderful experience with Karen and Curt. They helped set my expectations of the process early and communicated extremely well to assure my expectations were met. Thank you very much!

Very personalable. Fun and easy to work with. Always made sure they were on top of everything and got us what we needed. Curt also went out of his way to make sure our house was in tip top shape with our builder before he "allowed" us to close on our house. We loved working with them!
